For over 25 years, I’ve been listening - not just to people’s stories, but to their bodies. I’ve worked with thousands of bodies, learning how the nervous system holds tension, emotion, and life experiences. Along the way, I’ve studied somatic science deeply, and I’ve also learned to receive intuitive guidance from my own guides.
Through this combination of science and intuition, I’ve discovered something profound: our bodies are always speaking to us, sending subtle whispers about what they need. The vagus nerve is one of the main messengers - carrying signals between your brain and organs, helping you notice when it’s safe to rest, when to move, and when to soften.
Most of us have forgotten how to hear it. What I teach is how to tune in, listen deeply, and understand the language of your nervous system blending somatic science with intuitive guidance, so you can respond in a way that brings steadiness, clarity, and connection.
